She certainly had her share of misfortunes. She was in touch and we were going to get together last year while they were at Emerald Isle. At the last minute she changed her mind saying that she wanted to spend the entire week with her family. Now I can only assume she knew her time was limited. I did not know about any current problems. I knew she had beat breast cancer. I am so glad that she found a companion in Bernie. She seemed to be happy and at peace with him. Of course, Dwight was the light of her life. We so enjoyed them both. We have many fond memories of the old neighborhood. I also remember how sweet your mother is.
