Barbara Rutkowski ________________
Dear Ron, I was so surprised to see Caryl's obituary in the paper. I had
not idea that she had cancer. I guess that was why we hadn't seen you at the Apple Harvest in a few years--we all
remember you two were in the group that was in the festival from the beginning I believe. Like my children your children were
in your booth lots of time also. I send my thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Loosing Caryl must have been
so difficult. I can understand some what you are feeling since I lost Charles also, but mine was instantly where as you
fought with her in her fight to over come cancer. It has taken me a long time to get over Charles' death and I still
think of him often each day so don't think that it is easy to accept their absence. I'm sure she is in a beautiful
part of heaven because she made her place on earth beautiful for her family and friends. Her handcrafts were lovely
and are special treasures now to all those who have them. My prayers and thoughts will be with all of your family. Sincerely, Bekka Rousek "the wheat weaver" ______________
