Please accept
my sympathy on the loss of Sister Arter. She was a very special lady who took the time to check up on me on a regular
basis. She was truly greeted by God and her sister Julia upon her arrival. Sister Arter was one of the nicest
people I met in Carlisle and I will always remember her smile and her friendship. Robyn
