
Joan M. Stoltzfus, 46, of Newville, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011 at home.
She was born on Sunday, July 12, 1964 in Carlisle and was a daughter of Ethel M. (Hawkins) Warner of Newville and the late
Robert M. Warner.
Joan was a homemaker and an avid animal lover. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and taking care of her horses
and cats. She attended the Lighthouse Church in Newville.
In addition to her mother, Joan is survived by her husband of eight years, Bruce Stoltzfus, her sister, Gaill L. (and
husband, Dale) Schlusser of Carlisle, her brother, William L. (and wife, Coreena "Woody") Warner of Duncannon, her paternal
grandmother, Frances (Piper) Warner of Newville, a niece, Amber Cunningham and two nephews; Colten Cunningham and William
Warner, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover
St., Carlisle. Rev. Harold G. Jones will officiate. Viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of
flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, Inc., 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg,
PA 17111.
