Linda B. Pattison

Linda B. (Baker) Pattison, 64, of York, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle. She was born on Saturday, December 14, 1946 in Greason, a daughter of the late Edward D. Baker, Sr. and Nan (Kurtz) Baker of Carlise.

She was a 1963 graduate of Big Springs High School and worked many years as a real estate appraiser for Coldwell Banker. She loved to travel and spend time with her loving son and daughter-in-law.

Linda is survived by her son, James C. (and his wife, Susan M.) Williams of Lewisberry. two sisters; Judy Baker of Camp Hill and Nancy Mosteller of Hagerstown, Maryland, two brothers; Edward Baker Jr. and David Baker, both of Carlisle.

Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity, 30 N. Queen Street, York, PA 17403 or Access of York PA, 320 Market St., York, PA 17403.

I was saddened to learn of the death of Linda, a former classmate in the class of 1964 at Big Spring. I had lost touch since high school and had not been able to contact her. Had I know she was in the area--at Forest Park--I would have visited her.
