Rosemary Caruso, 83, of Carlisle, passed away
on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Forest Park Health Center in Carlisle. She was born on Thursday, March 10, 1927, in Kearny,
NJ, a daughter of the late William and Rose (Sharky) McCarron and the widow of Alfred J. Caruso, who died in 1979.
Rosemary had worked as a bookkeeper most her
life and was last employed with the municipality of Big Sandy in Tennessee for ten years. She was of Catholic faith.
She is survived by a son, John J. Caruso of Boiling
Springs and five granddaughters; Tracy, Megan, Tara, Ginger and Amy. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles
McCarron.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at St. Patrick Shrine Church, 140 E. Pomfret St., Carlisle, with Rev. William
C. Forrey officiating. A viewing will held on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. Burial will be
in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
