Elizabeth I. Henke, 87, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle.  She was born on November 7, 1930 in Mt. Holly Springs, PA.  She was the widow of Charles C. Henke, who passed away on February 18, 1978.

Elizabeth was a 1948 graduate of Carlisle High School.  She was a devoted and loving homemaker.  Elizabeth was of the Lutheran faith.

She is survived by four sons; Michael, Robert, Denise and Cory Henke, two daughters; Joy Goodhart and Jocelyn Kimmel and many grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.

In following Elizabeth's wish, services and interment will be private in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  Ewing Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.  www.Since1853.com
