Bradley R. Jumper, 60, of Carlisle, passed away unexpectedly on Friday,
June 15, 2018 at West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg. He
was born on May 17, 1958 in Carlisle and was the son of Nancy D. (Hummel) Jumper of Carlisle and the late Ray F. Jumper, Jr.
Bradley was a 1976
graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and the Cumberland Perry Vo-Tech School. He was currently employed
with Ecore in York where he was a big-rig truck driver. Bradley had also worked for the former Carlisle
Tire & Rubber Co. and IBM. He was a member of the Carlisle Eagles, the Harley Owners Group Gettysburg
Region and was a former member of the Friendship Fire Co. and the New Kingstown Fire Co. Bradley enjoyed antique and collectible cars and was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America-Gettysburg
and Hershey Chapters and the Carlisle Toyz of Time Kruisers.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving and devoted wife of nearly 25 years, Marilyn
Sue (Meadors) Jumper and several aunts, uncles and cousins including, Steve (and his wife, Cathy) Taylor of Mechanicsburg
and Bradley’s best feline friend, “Button”.
A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018 followed by funeral services at 11:30 a.m. in
the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Daniel Mikesell officiating. A
time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at the Carlisle Elks Lodge. Burial will be private
in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. Memorial contributions may be made to Project Share, 5 N. Orange
