Dear Butch, Mike, Mark and Allison. Words cant
express my sadness at hearing of Lous passing. I know shes at peace now but the difficulty of her last few years makes
it so much harder to say goodbye. Ill always treasure the many fun times we all had over the years; Christmas Eve,

first met Mary Lou from when we both worked her at Carlisle Hospital (I was in the OR) and later, when from the Endoscopy
center while I was a State surgery center surveyor. Mary Lou was always so kind. She cares for her patients and coworkers
- and even her State surveyor. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed. My condolences.
