Dale R. “PeeWee”
Stoner, 62, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at his home. He was born on May 2, 1955 in Carlisle,
and was a son of the late Eugene R. and Joanne (Morrison) Stoner. Dale was a longtime truck driver with Daily Express Inc., Carlisle. He was a life member of the Mt. Holly Springs
V.F.W. and a member of American Legion Post 101-Carlisle. Dale was a car buff. He is survived by two daughters; Debbie L. (husband, Jeff) Sikes of Shermans Dale and
Alisha M. (husband, Kenneth) Henry of Lancaster, companion, Wanda (Wehler) Stoner of Carlisle, two brothers; Eugene R. “Chuck”
Stoner, Jr. of Carlisle and Edward L. Stoner of Shermansdale, one sister, Trudy Wertz of Dillsburg, three grandchildren; Amber
and Gage Sikes and Carter Henry and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Dale was preceded in death by one granddaughter,
Kara Sikes. A viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December
23, 2017 followed by funeral services at 11:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St, Carlisle, with
Rev. Daniel Murray officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made
