A time to rejoice! Sept.26th 2017, A good man,
Ken Keller went to be with the Lord. Finally no more sitting in that chair in the nursing home, hurting, sad and lonely.
I thank God for the time that he and I shared these past 3 years. In the beginning of his stay, he would say " I
want to go home" and I would tell him that one day you will go home. I know Ken was not thinking of heaven, but
it seemed to calm him in the moment. Even though he never went back to the destination he was longing for. I know that
Ken's soul was well with the Lord. I can hear the Lord say "Welcome home my son". He is now with our parents,
grandma, and brothers. Oh the joy to be in the presence of the Lord, to finally see his face and have those that love you,
waiting on you. Everytime I went to see Ken, I always ended our visit by holding him while saying a prayer. I
wanted him to know that in spite of a slipping mind, God cared for him and was holding him in the palm of his hand, that he
was a child of a King and in God's eyes he was still vital, worthy and loved. I went to see Ken when I got the word
end was near, there lying in his bed, even with delayed breathing, he looked better than he did in a long time. He was
calm , peaceful and! had a glow on his face that said " I am finally free" Your
caring and loving sister, Martice _____________

Marcia, Sorry to learn of the death of
Ken, I learned to know Ken when he was a young boy and worked on the farm for my dad, Bob Lehman. Also Ken's family
lived next to Grandpa Lehman's family and we learned to know most of that family. Good memories of those of
Ken and the Keller family.
