
Judith A. Killinger, 74, of Carlisle, passed away
on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill. She was born on May 24, 1943 in Newville,
and was a daughter of the late Harry M. and Catherine (Clouse) Orner.
She was a 1961 graduate of Big Spring High School
in Newville. She was a loving homemaker, a former Girl Scout Leader and a former President of the P.T.O.
at the Plainfield Elementary School. Judy enjoyed sewing, doing crafts and spending time with her family. She is survived by
her devoted husband of 56 years, Max B. Killinger, two daughters; Lucretia A. (husband, Dwayne) Hefflefinger and Beth A. Shunk,
both of Carlisle, two sisters; Dixie Stoner of Mechanicsburg and Diane Kreiger of Lewisberry, four grandchildren; Logan and
Tanner Hefflefinger, Alicia Shunk and Kyla Baker, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. A viewing will begin
at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2017 followed by funeral services at 1:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630
S. Hanover St, Carlisle, with Rev. Barbara Albert officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens,
