
James Jay Chateauvert, 58, of Carlisle, passed away
on Friday, June 16, 2017 at his home. He was born on November 23, 1958 in Lewiston, Maine, and is a son
of Georgianna (King) Baril of Auburn, ME. Jim served in the US Army from 1975 to 1978. He was
formerly employed with RWC, Inc. and was self-employed for many years. Jim was currently employed as a
tow truck driver with Jerry’s Towing, Carlisle. Jim was an avid woodworker and sign maker. In addition to his
mother, he is survived by two brothers; Michael Chateauvert of Texas and Brian (wife, Janemari) Chateauvert of Wilbraham,
MA, one sister, Karen Flagg of Leeds, ME and several nieces and nephews including; Amanda, Lindsay and Tyler Chateauvert.
He was predeceased by one sister, Pamela Barker and his beloved dog, Carli. Services and burial
with military honors will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. Ewing Brothers

Deepest sympathies to all the Chateauvert family. Jim was a very special part of our family friends. Many
good memories of him personally and his helpfulness and appreciation. He is now gone along with Carli and our family will
miss him terribly. May he rest in Peace.
