Richard A. Snyder, 69, of Carlisle, passed away
on Monday, March 27, 2017 at ManorCare Health Services in Carlisle. He was born on May 14. 1947 in Harrisburg,
and was a son of the late John Albert and Bertha E. (Anderson) Snyder.
Richard graduated from Central Dauphin East High School. He worked many years as a Maintenance Supervisor
at the former Silver Spring Speedway, Mechanicsburg. All that knew Dick
knew his love for racing and his former pets, Rebel, Charlie, Jasper and Jasper II.
Richard was predeceased by a brother, John Snyder III. He is survived by cousins; Carol Suhr, Penbrook
& Nancy Wolf, Colonial Park. Richard is also survived by those who were his caregiver & friends;
Donald Bradley, Robert Bradley & Alan Kreitzer.
