
Daniel
M. “Wolfie” Wolf, 63, of Carlisle, died on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at his home. He was
born on June 2, 1953 in Carlisle, and is the son of Anna M. (Riggleman) Wolf of Carlisle and the late Robert F. Wolf. Danny graduated from Carlisle High School with the class
of 1971. He formerly worked as a parts service man for several automobile dealerships in the Carlisle area.
Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing and making “Wolfie” size bonfires. He was an avid race
car fan and an avid Washington Redskins fan his entire life.
In addition to his mother, he is survived
by one sister, Dianne and her husband, Eric Smith, Sr. of Carlisle, three nieces; Tawnya and her husband, Thomas Brown of
Carlisle, Teresa Wolf of Shermansdale and Janie and her husband, Brandon Lyons of Mifflintown, two nephews; Eric Smith, Jr.
and his wife, Melissa of Carlisle and Sam Smith of Dillsburg, one aunt, Tillie Holloway of Shermansdale and one uncle, Curt
Riggleman. Danny is also survived by many cousins and his life-long friends; Gary Thumma and Al Railing.
