
Julia A. Diffenbaugh, 20, of Carlisle, passed away
on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at her home. She was born on November 5, 1996 in Wurzburg, Germany, and is
the daughter of Jonas A. (wife, Lisa) Diffenbaugh of Carlisle and her mother, SuAnn (Kuhn) Hippensteel of Carlisle. Julia formerly attended Carlisle Evangelical Free Church. She will be deeply missed by her loving
family. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one
brother, Jonas A. Diffenbaugh, Jr. of Carlisle, paternal grandparents; John (wife, Cindy) Diffenbaugh of Fishing Creek and
Brenda (husband, Jim) Johnson of Winchester, VA, maternal grandparents; Harry Kuhn of Carlisle and Pamela (Maxwell) Kuhn of
Carlisle, paternal great-grandparents, Al and Dorothy Diffenbaugh of Harrisburg and one nephew, Jonas A. Diffenbaugh, III. A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2016 followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. in the
Carlisle Evangelical Free Church, 290 Petersburg Rd., Carlisle, with Pastor Shad Baker officiating. Burial
will be private. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that I feel for the passing of Julia but please accept my condolences. It
was an honor to have had Julia in my math class. She was such a creative person. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the grieving
