
Teresa Lynn Siever Kelley, 47, of Carlisle, passed
away at home on Friday, June 24, 2016. Teresa was born on August 29, 1968 in Harrisonburg, VA. She was
the daughter of Janice and Wallace Peacemaker of Lebanon Church, VA and Jerry Siever of Wardensville, West Virginia. Teresa was a graduate of Strasburg High School. During school she enjoyed cheerleading, was a pom-pom girl in the marching
band unit, played violin, participated in the 4H and FFA and showed sheep and Holstein cows at the Shenandoah County Fair.
Since graduation Teresa enjoyed bowling, singing karaoke, shopping, spending time with her family, going to the beach and
cruises. She also loved going to Potter County with her husband and was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Teresa was a kind, genuine and real person. Teresa first grandchild is to be born on July 4th, 2016 whom she wanted to meet
so desperately. Words cannot express how much she will be missed by her close family and friends, as well as the many lives
she touched along the way. Teresa will always be remembered for her loud personality and her contagious smile that could light
up a room. Teresa life will be celebrated for years to come. We love you. Keep shining down on us from the heavens above. Teresa is survived by her husband, Patrick Kelley, her daughter, Amanda Siever Williams, a son, Richard Matthews, son-in-law,
Donnie Williams, step-brother, Chip Peacemaker, step-son, Bradley Kelley and two step-daughters; Pam and Patty Kelley as well
as her mother-in-law, Jean Kelley. Teresa was predeceased by her dear father-in-law, Daniel Kelly and her dog, Meesha into
Gods loving embrace. There will be a memorial service in Virginia at a later

I last saw Teresa was at our last Reunion . Our whole conversation
was about my health problem. Not once did she reveal her struggles in life then. You can not even try to compare her to
