Frank R. Swartz, 60, of Mechanicsburg, died on Tuesday,
April 12, 2016 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. He was born January 9, 1956 in Lewistown, a son of the
late Robert J. Swartz and Peggy L. (Park) Noll. Frank graduated
in 1974 from the Newport High School. He retired from the Carlisle Tire & Wheel Co. after many years
of service. He is survived by one daughter, Latonya L. Swartz,
one son, Alonza Swartz, two sisters; Deanna L. Brookhart and Debra L. Casner, a half-sister, Melanie Myers, half-brothers;
John G. Swartz and John K. Smith, Jr., one step-brother, Daniel L. Mowery, one step-sister, Rona Diffenderfer and several
nieces and nephews. Services and burial will be private. Ewing
Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

I'm so sorry to have heard of his passing. Even though I only had the opportunity to meet him a handful
of times he was such a sweet man to both me as well as the kids and I am so blessed to have been able to meet him him!
