
Patricia Ann (Thorpe) Kulas, 80, of Carlisle, PA, died peacefully on November
6, 2015 at Harrisburg Osteopathic Hospital. She was the daughter of Raymond and Genevieve (Palyszeski) Thorpe. After
graduating from Freeport High School in 1953, Patricia worked at PPG in the Creighton, PA office for 15 years. She was past
president of the Junior Women's Club of Allegheny Valley. Pat moved to Carlisle, PA with her family
in 1972. Pat will most likely be remembered for going above and beyond in making those she met feel welcomed, loved, and well
fed. She is survived by her two sons; Judd Leonard Kulas (Jennifer) and their
children; Ethan and Aron of Boiling Springs, PA and Kipp Raymond Kulas (Diane) and their children; Andrew and Allison of Lititz,
PA. She also leaves a brother, Raymond Thomas Thorpe (Joyce) of Tallmansville, WV and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins,
a sister in law and brother in law; Ted and Cherie Kulas, close friends and grand-pets (Najee, Bear, Roscoe, and Maxx ).
She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Leonard Kulas in 2007, a granddaughter, Rebecca Marie Kulas, her parents,
her sister and brother in law; Betty and Herbert Kirkland, her niece/Goddaughter, Barbara Jean Kirkland and nephews; Curtis
and Jacob Harsh. A memorial service will be held at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S.
Hanover St., Carlisle on December 5, 2015, with Rev. William C. Forrey officiating. Visitation from 10-11:00
a.m. with the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Pat requested Masses be said for her at
Saint Patrick’s Church in Carlisle.

I just learned of Pat's
passing! I'm sorry for your loss! I worked with Lennie for many years at PPG. Such GOOD people, Lennie and Pat!
We stayed in touch for years after Lennie's retirement! My only regret is I didn't get to see her before she left
us! They'll BOTH be missed! I'll be SURE to keep your entire family in my prayers!
