
Audrey Regi Hutchings, 92, of Carlisle and formerly of St. Thomas, passed away, after
a several year illness with vascular dementia, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in the Chapel Pointe Health Center, Carlisle.
She was born on March 13, 1923 in Knobsville, Fulton County, a daughter of the late Brinton B. and Lucille (Shadle) Regi. Audrey was a loving homemaker, an excellent cook and entertainer. She was a
member of the St. Thomas United Methodist Church and a former member of the Chambersburg Garden Club. Audrey was the
founding member of the Carlton Heights Birthday Club in St. Thomas. She is survived by two sons; C. Larry (wife, Carole) Amsley of Chambersburg and Terry D. (wife, Sue) Amsley of Carlisle,
three daughters; C. Mardell Eberly of Chambersburg, Roxanne S. (husband, Donald Jr.) Banks of Mercersburg and Kim (husband,
Larry Camp) Amsley-Camp of Chambersburg, one brother, Gerald Regi of Carlisle, two sisters; Dorothy Henry of Ft. Littleton
and Beulah Gordon of St. Thomas, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and
nephews. Audrey was predeceased by two brothers; Wayne and Merrill Regi and one great-granddaughter, Requel M. Banks. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the
Henry Chapel at Chapel Pointe, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Stephen Motter and Rev. Walt Frankenberry officiating.
A time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at Chapel Pointe. Interment will then follow at 2:30 p.m. in
the Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of the arrangements.
