Gary E. Lehman, Sr., 58, of Newville, died on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at C.R.M.C. surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on September 16, 1956 in Chambersburg, a son of the late Earl E. and Jeanne (Smith) Lehman, Sr.

Gary was employed the past 9 years with Domestic Casting LLC in Shippensburg and was formerly employed with Casting Technology in Waynesboro.  He was a social member of the Newville V. F. W.  Gary formerly attended the Newville First Church of God, and, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Denise A. (Rowe) Lehman, one son, Gary E. Lehman, Jr. (wife, Toni) of Carlisle, one daughter, Stephanie A. Olson (husband, Justin) of Newville, five brothers; Earl, Jr., Michael, Robert, Rodney and Jacob Lehman, two sisters; Linda Abbey and Stacey Hartzell, two granddaughters; Nevaeh and Aubrey Olson and many nieces and nephews.  Gary was predeceased by one sister, Leona Bolden.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Pastor Wayne Good and Caleb Hanford officiating.  Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Newville.  A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
