Richard L. Hefelfinger, 62, of Harrisburg, died
on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in Harrisburg Hospital. He was born on May 2, 1953 in Carlisle and is the son
of Dorothy J. (Raudabaugh) Steele of Carlisle and the late William H. Hefelfinger. Rick was a 1971 graduate of Big Spring High School. He retired from Petroleum Products Corp in Harrisburg.
Rick was currently a partner in the River City Blues Club and Dart Room in Harrisburg and had formerly owned and operated
the Blue Front Lounge in Steeleton. Rick was also vital to planning and operating annual parties at the
Harrisburg Postal Picnic Grounds that featured big name blues artists through the Lost and Found and Dearly Departed Company. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters; Diane K. Porter of Carlisle and Tracey L. Hefelfinger of Orrtanna,
his step-mother, Gladys F. Hefelfinger of Fayetteville and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Rick was
predeceased by his step-father, Herbert Steele, a niece, Teresa Bailey and a nephew, Douglas Bailey. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Cemetery at the corner of
Routes 174 and 74 near Churchtown. Rev. Lewis Splain will officiate the service. Ewing
Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorial donations may
be made to a favorite charity of your choice.

Dottie, Diane, and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I have great memories of Ricky growing
up together. Our families had many good times together. I know Mom and Jimmy were there to welcome Ricky into Heaven. May
