Nicole Lee Tubbs, 20, of Newville, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015 as a result of an automobile accident on the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg.  She was born on Aug. 11, 1994 in Carlisle, and is the daughter of Arthur D. Tubbs, Jr. and Deborah E. (Negley) Tubbs of Newville.

Nicole was a 2013 graduate of the Big Spring High School, Newville, where she was a member of the high school choir.  Nicole was employed with Keystone Human Services, Harrisburg, where she was a caregiver.  She enjoyed singing, riding her four wheeler and playing with her best friend’s son, Jeremiah.  Nicole will be forever missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her loving parents, she is survived by one brother, Benjamin L. (wife Rachel) Tubbs of Newville, her maternal grandparents; Marlin R. and Cecil J. Negley of Newville and many other extended family members.

A viewing will be held from 6 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover Str., Carlisle.  Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 11 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  Memorial donations may be made in Nicole’s name to the The Salvation Army Carlisle Corps, 20 E. Pomfret Str., Carlisle, PA 17013-3312.
