

Glenn Le Roy Dick, 87, of Boiling Springs, died on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at his home. He
was born on June 2, 1927, in South Middleton Twp., a son of the late Albert V. and Gertrude (Zimmerman) Dick. Glenn graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 1945 and then enlisted in the US Navy. He was
a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Glenn retired as a store manager with the PA Liquor Control Board,
and formerly worked for the G. R. Kinney Shoe Co. and C. H. Masland & Sons. Glenn was a member of the
Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Carlisle.
He is survived by
his devoted wife of 65 years, Lulu P. (Mohler) Dick, one daughter, Dorothy L. (husband, Thomas) Bentz of Newville, two sons;
Randy L. (wife, Susan) Dick of Boiling Springs and Stephen L. (wife, Patricia) Dick of Silver Springs, FL, 4 grandchildren,
4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Glenn was predeceased by brothers; Paul and Charles
Dick, sisters; Gladys Lebo and Dorothy Dick and granddaughter, Leslie K. Bentz. A viewing will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015, followed by funeral services at
1:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Pastor Matt Plant officiating.
Interment with military honors by Cumberland County Honor Guard will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.

Aunt Lu, Randy, and Dottie: So very sorry to hear of Uncle Glenn's passing, He was a wonderful man
and always remembered you with a warm smile and a hug. I can still remember as a kid, walking down through the Mall and waving
to him from his booth at the State Store. Sending you deepest regrets that I cannot join you as you lay him to rest. You
all are in my thoughts and prayers.
