Ann F. Moyer, 88, of Boiling Springs, passed
away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was the widow of Pete Moyer,
who died in 1999.
Born January 27, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Dr. Clark and
Gertrude (Putnam) Finnerud.
She loved reading and corresponding with family and friends who lived
throughout the world and enjoyed many hobbies and interests, especially raising and caring for many different kinds of animals.
She was a kind, caring and compassionate woman who only judged another person by the color of their heart.
Surviving are three sons, Clark Sprague of New Jersey, Oren Sprague of Leesburg, VA and
Alex Sprague of Boiling Springs; a daughter, Patricia Sprague of Henderson, Nevada; as well as eight grandchildren and two
nieces.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by
a daughter, Mary Nessa, and a sister, Mary Ashby.
There will be no public services.
