David & Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. To lose both parents/grandparents within such a short time must be difficult. Please know they were very proud of you and loved to share stories and photos of all of you.

Both of them were dear neighbors and friends to me. We continued to stay in touch even after I moved to California. (He would call me every year at the first sign of snow, knowing how much I hated the cold weather!) I will miss them.
