
Cindy
Ann Grewal, 54, of Carlisle, passed to eternal life on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at her home with loving family by her side.
She was born on January 21, 1960, in Carlisle, a daughter of the late Fred D. and Carlotta Jane (Evans) Wilson. Cindy was a certified nursing assistant and a former member of the Bibleway-Hibner Memorial
Church of God in Christ, Carlisle. She was a member of American Legion Post 826, Carlisle.
Cindy loved music and loved to sing. She is survived by her husband Jasdeep Grewal of PunJab, India, three sons; Freddie Wilson
of Carlisle, Paris Brooks of Mt. Holly Springs and Layton Brooks of Carlisle, one daughter, Carlotta Mitchell of Carlisle,
one sister, Kireston Wilson of Harrisburg, one brother, Jerome Evans of Carlisle, her former husband, George Ray Brooks of
Carlisle, 7 grandchildren and many extended family members and friends. Funeral
services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle,
with Rev. Robert L. Woodall officiating. Burial will be private. A viewing will be from
1 p.m. until time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to Ewing Brothers Funeral Home to assist
the family with expenses.
