Lawrence
“Chip” E. Sheller, 70, of Walnut Bottom, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at his home.
He was born March 22, 1943, in Carlisle, a son of the late Addison and Stella M. (Myers) Sheller and was married to
the late Joann E. (Salisbury) Sheller, who died Oct. 18, 2006. Chip worked for the former Fickes Silo in Newville for many years and
retired from Green Ridge Village, Newville, also after many years of service. Chip enjoyed hunting and
fishing. He
is survived by his loving children; Barry Sheller, with whom he lived, Cathy Sheller and Tammy Brooks, both of Carlisle and
Tawnya Lease (husband, Todd) of Las Vegas, NV and two granddaughters, Janelle and Jenna Goodhart. A graveside service will be held Friday, September 20, 2013, at 12:00 noon in the Cumberland Valley Memorial
Gardens, Ritner Highway, Carlisle. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
