Regina E. Ryesky, 86, passed away on Aug. 1, 2013, at the Church of God Home, Carlisle. She
was born on Sept. 10, 1926, in Munich, Germany and lived there until 1951 when she came to the U. S. On
August 7, 1956, she became a naturalized U. S. citizen. She spent many years in New York City as a travel
agent managing the Foreign Department at Martin Empire Tours. In 1977, She married Samuel Ryesky
and moved to Carlisle. Together, Regina and Sam enjoyed international travel and visited some exotic destinations.
They also made several memorable motor coach trips to Alaska. Samuel died July 7, 2011. She is survived by her stepchildren;
Diana Ryesky (Jerry Delay) of Seattle, WA, Mesee Wilson (Wally) of Bellingham, WA and Robert Ryesky (Carol) of Mechanicsburg,
three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
At Regina’s
request, no services will be held. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.

was a blessing in my life. She came gently into my life one day. Lillie, my dog, brought her much joy. Lillie loved her.
