Beverly I. Miller, 79, of Carlisle, died
on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle. She was born on Tuesday, May 9, 1933, in Carlisle,
a daughter of the late Albert C. Fisher, Sr. and Irene B. (Hayes) Fisher. Beverly was a homemaker and longtime member of First Presbyterian Church, Carlisle
and where she formerly taught Sunday School, was a Deacon and was in charge of the Super Kids Youth Group. She is survived by her children; Deborah Ellerman and her husband, Durwin of
Carlisle, Darryl D. Miller and his wife, Mary of Mt. Holly Springs, Leisa R. Heineman and her husband, Carl of Carlisle, Paul
A. Miller and his companion, Lori Thompson of Dillsburg and Robert C. Miller of Victoria, TX, a sister, Constance Hutchison
of Carlisle, three brothers; Clyde L. Fisher and his wife, Darlene of Newville, Joseph H. Fisher of Carlisle and Robert L.
Fisher and his wife, Marlene of Carlisle, 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Beverly was
preceded in death by sisters; Gwendolyn Hockensmith, Scarolet Lictenburger and Marguerite Ostrander and by brothers; James
Kulla, Albert Fisher, Jr. and Richard Bartos. A
memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, On the Square, Carlisle,
with Rev. Jon Black officiating. A time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at the church. Burial will be private.
Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 2A North Hanover St., Carlisle, PA 17013.
