
Margaret E. Pace, 91, of Carlisle, passed
away on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born on Saturday, July 30, 1921, in Carlisle,
a daughter of the late Samuel V. and Margaret A. (Kruger) Eppley. Margaret was a 1939 graduate of Carlisle High School and attended Shippensburg
Teachers College and Central Penn Business School. She was a member and retired from St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church,
Carlisle, where she was the secretary for 32 years and a member of the Augsburg Sunday School class. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 67 years, Harry G. Pace,
one son, Gregory L. Pace and his wife, Janice of Carlisle, two daughters; Susan P. Boyles and her husband, David of Carlisle
and Kathleen L. McKelvey and her husband, Sam of Crozet, VA, five grandchildren and one great-grandson. Margaret was preceded
in death by one brother, Robert Eppley. A
memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201
W. Louther St., Carlisle, with Rev. Timothy W. Sadler officiating. A time of fellowship and refreshments will immediately
follow the service at the church. Burial will be privately held in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle. Ewing Brothers Funeral
Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.
