
Michael David Faust, 64, of Carlisle, passed
away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at home with family by his side. He was born on Friday, April 30, 1948, in Lewisburg,
a son of the late Kenneth B. Faust and Jean E. (Eckroat) Faust Bennett. Michael received his GED from Lewisburg High School and was a US Navy veteran
of the Vietnam war. He received an associate degree from Morgantown Career College in West Virginia. Michael was a big rig
truck driver and was formerly employed with Roadway Express, Keen Transport and most currently with United Parcel Service.
He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Carlisle and the Teamsters Local 776. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, R. Sharon (Stewart)
Faust, one daughter, Mary Kathleen Tucker and husband, Charles of Browns Summit, NC, one sister, Pamela Antil of Carmichaels,
one brother, Brian Faust of Dallas, TX, two step-daughters; Lora Prisock of Greensborough, NC and Laura Cottrill of Miami,
FL, two grandchildren; W. Hillard Prisock and Kylie E. Tucker and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the
Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Daniel Dennis officiating. Burial will be in Alamance
Memorial Gardens, Burlington, NC. A viewing will be on Friday from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial
contributions may be made to American Cancer Society - Capital Area Unit, 2 Lemoyne Dr., Ste. 101, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
