I am deeply saddened to hear that George has passed away. I knew George, or Mr. Rice, when I was a young police officer with the Carlisle Police Department. He was a wonderful man and had a wonderful wife and family. I have many memories of him, although it has been many years since I've seen him. To his family, you have been blessed with a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather...

God Bless You All

To Toni and the rest of the Rice Family -
Please accept my condolences on the death of your father and husband. Over the years that I have known and worked with Toni I have seen so many family pictures and heard so many stories that I felt I knew him too.  All the cliches are true. With time, his life will be more a cause for celebration and fond memories than of pain or loss. His spirit will never be lost as long as he has children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the generations continue.

Best wishes to you all,
Larry Singer
