Dear Rice Family: What a very delightful man. We had the most wonderful gift of knowing George when we lived in Carlisle. He always made us smile. Such a delight. I know God will put his warm and loving hands upon your hearts and guide you through this difficult journey. Our love and thoughts will be with all of you. I knew George, or Mr. Rice, when I was a young police officer with the Carlisle Police Department. He was a wonderful man and had a wonderful wife and family.
