Dear Carol & Family,
Fred and I send our love and prayers. There just are not any words at a time like this. Though we have not been in
touch for so many, many years, I have often thought of you, Bernie and family. I think of the day after our wedding when we
found out Fred had picked up one of your suitcases by mistake when we left for our honeymoon. I remember Bernie telling me
before you were married how he couldn't wait for that day. I always thought Bernie had such a nice smile. Things like
that pop up now and then. I was sorry to learn Bernie had had a severe stroke several years ago. How dreadful for him and
certainly all of you. You all have been through a lot. We hope as time passes you will be able to find peace and comfort with
faith and wonderful memories to sustain you.
With our love and deepest sympathy.
Love, Diane (Sicora)
