Jerry Marilyn Brandon Clark, formerly of Carlisle,
passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, in Wichita, Kansas. Jerry was born April 23rd 1932 in Clinton, OK to Jerry
Merl and Edna Edwina (Nall) Brandon.
She
grew up in Waurika, OK, where she was a 1950 graduate of Waurika High School and was a drum majorette and played clarinet.
Prior to marrying Donald Olson Clark on February 14th, 1954 in Lawton OK, she attended the University of Oklahoma, where she
was a business major and pledged Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Jerry was a volunteer at The Carlisle Barracks Thrift Shop
for over 20 years, member of the Mahjong Club and a member of Martha Loving Ferrell DAR of Wichita KS. Jerry was preceded
in death by her parents, husband and sister, Sheridan Brandon Drowatzky.
She is survived by her sons; Steven Brandon Clark and David Olson Clark, grandsons;
Joshua Brandon Clark, Jordan Sanford Clark and David Colman Francis Clark, granddaughters; Meghan Elizabeth Clark and Katelyn
May Clark, one niece, Stacy Drowatzky Zimmer and nephews; Eric Brandon Drowatzky and Clark Christopher Drowatzky.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, January 20, 2012,
at the Carlisle Barracks Memorial Chapel, Carlisle, PA. Chaplain Timothy S. Mallard will officiate. Burial will
be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 6 - 8:00 p.m. in the Ewing
Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the name of Donald
Olson and Jerry Brandon Clark to the American Cancer Society.
