Joan L. Logan, 81, of Carlisle, passed
away with family by her side on Saturday, December 10, 2011, at her home. She was born on Thursday, October 2, 1930, in Carlisle,
a daughter of the late Owen Grant Adams and Helen R. (Myers) Adams, and the widow of Paul M. Logan, who died July 20, 2007. She
was a 1948 graduate of Carlisle High School. Joan was a member of Middlesex United Methodist Church, a charter member of Eagles
Aerie 1299 Ladies Auxiliary and a life member of V.F.W. Post 477 Ladies Auxiliary, all of Carlisle. She is survived by four daughters; Sharon Napolitan of Shippensburg, Caryl Brenneman
and Debra White, both of Carlisle and Brenda Wieland of Elliottsburg, one brother, William B. Adams of Florida and several
grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Private graveside services and burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle,
with Pastor Jacob Waybright officiating. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
