
Clara R. Robinson, 70, of Carlisle, passed
away suddenly on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born on Friday, July 11, 1941, in
Juniata County, a daughter of the late Lester W. Reeder, Sr. and Hilda K. (Fry) Reeder.
Clara was a 1959 graduate of Boiling Springs High
School and had worked several years with the former Commonwealth National Bank and most recently had retired while working
with M & T Bank, both of Carlisle. She loved and enjoyed reading, spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, cooking
and doing puzzles. She is survived
by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Charles J. "Jim" Robinson, one son, Dale L. Robinson of Shippensburg,
two daughters; Tracy R. Reich (and her husband, Alan) of Gardners and Robin S. Robinson of Carlisle, one brother, Lester W.
Reeder, Jr., of Carlisle, four sisters; Wilma Clippinger of Carlisle, Evelyn Reeder of Boiling Springs, Josephine Bollinger
of Carlisle and Cindy Hockenbury of West Palm Beach, FL, three grandchildren; Paige Robinson, Morgan Reich and Hayden Reich
and many nieces and nephews. Clara was preceded in death by one brother, James Reeder and three sisters; Kay Warren, Ruby
Gehr and Patricia Miller. Memorial
services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2011, in the Masonic Center, 1236 Holly Pike, Carlisle, with Rev.
Lynn R. Schultz officiating. Visitation and fellowship will immediately follow the services at the Masonic Center. Burial
will be private. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorial contributions
may be made to First United Church of Christ, 30 N. Pitt St., Carlisle, PA 17013.
