Dennis W. Stone, 53, of Carlisle, died Thursday, October 20, 2011, at his home. He was born on Tuesday, June 17, 1958, in Carlisle, a son of Charlotte F. (Darr) Stone of Carlisle and the late Junior Lester Stone.

Denny owned and operated Stoney’s Meats at the West Shore Farmers Market in Lemoyne for many years.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. Burial will be in Waggoners United Methodist Church Cemetery, Carlisle. Viewing will be on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of the services.
