Stephen L. Miller, 62, of Carlisle, died Monday,
October 17, 2011, at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle He was born on Monday, May 2, 1949, in Carlisle,
a son of the late Sterrett and Florence (Brocker) Miller. Stephen was a graduate of Big Spring High School, Newville and also graduated
from the Electronic Institute in Harrisburg. He was most recently employed with Dickinson College, Carlisle, where he worked
in Public Safety. He retired from the Motorola Co., Harrisburg, where he was a service technician for more than 20 years.
Stephen enjoyed hunting and fishing. He
is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Theresa P. (Natcher) Miller, one son, Keith R. (and his wife, Lisa) Miller of
Shippensburg, one grandson, Noah Miller, one step-grandson, Logan Miller, two nieces: Stacey Grove and Sarah Chestnut, both
of Newville. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Kadyn Miller. Memorial services will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral
Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Pastor Tim Wheeler officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday from 1 p.m. until
time of services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contribution may be made to the Children’s
Miracle Network, PO Box 855, Hershey, PA 17033.
